Personal Training
As a My Custom Fitness client, you will receive a weekly exercise program that is uniquely designed to meet your specific goals, whether you want to lose weight, increase strength, enhance athletic performance or improve your flexibility and your health. Since each program is customized, this program is appropriate for people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities. Physical injuries will be carefully considered in the development of your custom program.
Your simple-to-follow program will put you on the path to achieving your goals week-by-week, whether you prefer to work out in a fully-equipped fitness facility or in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Your exercise program will vary each week to eliminate boredom and avoid muscle memory that diminish results; problems that are all-too-common in most other exercise programs. You’ll work different muscles in different ways each workout so you’ll always get maximum benefits for your investments of time and energy.
